Who should I call if I know about a contract marriage through the United States Military?

I know some people who are marrying into the military only for the extra money the spouse is awarded. This is not only morally wrong but a waste of money and degrading and dishonest for a soldier.Who should I call if I know about a contract marriage through the United States Military?
You would need proof. Then I would guess your chain of command, MPs, or JAG.Who should I call if I know about a contract marriage through the United States Military?
Don't have anything better to do with your time? With all the problems soldiers have these days with following orders, drinking and driving, drugs, petty crimes, major crimes. . . the most you're worried about is a contract marriage? Seriously?

As far as being morally wrong, not really. I'm not the morality police but its not really morally wrong. Look up the word Moral, morality, and morally. With that being said, its also not degrading. However it IS dishonest, but so is cheating on correspondence courses and yet it still happens.

Pick your battles. I would go with ones that effect unit readiness, morale, welfare, and combat effectiveness. If you waste time trying to burn someone for this, you'll miss something important.
There's nothing that you can do about it.

The bottom line is that a service member is legally married. If they are legally married then there's nothing that anyone can do about it.

I knew a woman in the service that got married to a gay man to get BAH. She sent him 250.00 a month to not file for divorce. She moved up the ranks and now she is entitled to BAH. She is now divorced and her ex didn't have any problem with it.
Sounds like You have no proof of this, but if you want to be a whistle-blower call your local Legal office and explain your findings. Prepare to have ironclad proof, not just your opinions, documentation, video or otherwise. Also prepare to have the tables turned on you when the parties your accusing of fraud dig up some dirt on you.
Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. What marriage isn't a contract in reality...till death do us part, in good health and poor, etc. All marriage is, is two people making a contract to be together for the betterment of each other weather it is love, children, money, comfort, or a combination of all. In the end it costs more to be married and more to get a divorce than that service member will ever earn for being married. As the old saying goes, love is grand but divorce is ten grand.
She could be Patriotic, then who would marry a soldier, knowing he may come back as handicapped or worse.???
There's no way that anyone can prove that they are marrying just to get money from the military.
the IG and you better have lots of physical proof.. not just a story told over a beer.
