How do you bring the spice back into your marriage?

It was always great until he hurt me emotionally. Now things have changed. I am costantly on the gard and its wreaking the marriage.How do you bring the spice back into your marriage?
Well, when someone hurts us emotionally it will be very hard to fix it and can take a long time to heal it or worst be separated. I have some few tips on how to spice back your marriage from a very reliable source.





Tips to Save Your Marriage





Take pride in yourself.


Quality time.


Turn back time.


Put it in writing.


Think outside the square.


It takes two to tango.How do you bring the spice back into your marriage?
You have to learn to forgive and with that forgiveness you have to try to keep it out of your mind. You don't forgive for him but you forgive him for yourself. Hurt feelings are always in a marriage but you have to learn to be the better person and understand that sometimes people say things they don't really mean. He is human just like you.
Every mariage gots highs and lows. Things just can't stay the same forever. It is just the way things are...


Whatever he has done, you need to understand why he has done them. You could try to have a short brake and see how you feel without each other. You just need to be completely honest. If one of you finds that it's better without the other then it's time to move on.


Is this problem serious enough to break what you guys have? Can it be repaired? Have you talked about it? How does he feel?
';Time IS medicine'; First of all: communicate, communicate, communicate! If you've made your mind up to stay- stick to it. Your mind will play tricks on you. Remember you're in control. Be honest %26amp; consistent with yourself. I have my bible open to psalms by my bed- keep it open and read it. Get humble. You can't do this by yourself you NEED your higher power. PRAY! Plan some place to go , maybe a state park , fishing area , hiking trail


or just a quiet B%26amp;B in a small town . spend some private time together


as often as you can . Get to know one another again .
mmmmmmmmmmmm it's really hard when some1 hurts u emotionally.
