What approach is Barrack Obama taking against the gay marriage rights?

I am asking this only because recently in a few of the American states there was an gay marriage right proposal. If they should or should notmake it legal to have gay marriage. In Connecticut it is now legal to same sex marriage which is to me personally disturbing. To have people marry their opposite sex is where it all begins. People marry other people like they should, its a issue all around the news now, im just suprised some states are for it.What approach is Barrack Obama taking against the gay marriage rights?
I don't know, but I hope this is ONE thing he will stand against, as he said he was against it. That would help to bring the sensible people and himself together, being one step closer.





Gay marriage is insane, and so is every single person who supports it. Gays ALREADY HAVE the same identical rights as everyone else, and they're not entitled to a ridiculous, elitist special right such as this, to change all of our society.

He isn't taking any approach. He does not believe in gay marriage, but has stated that he is for civil unions and he will not get in the way if a state wants to legalize full-blown marriage.





So he is staying neutral in this argument. By the way, finding gay marriage ';personally disturbing'; is not a valid argument against gay marriage, I hope you know.
He is 100% for equal rights for gay people

Barack is for the Civil Rights of Gays to be equal.





He is against putting discrimination into any document, hence against the Prop 8 in California.





He is for repealing DOMA, which puts discrimination into a Federal Document.





Don't be so afraid, make a gay friend. Statistically At least one of your friends is, and is not telling you because of your closed mind.

I hope he encourages the supreme court to strike down those stupid state laws that don't let consenting adults marry who they want. church and state are seperate, so marriage for all, OR marriage for none.
I feel straight marriage should follow the bible, no divorces!! :@)
