You need to visit your local sub-registrar office. Please visit them in person and fill up some paper work. You may have to go with your spouse another day to sign in front of the sub-registrar.





Take proofs like wedding picture, birth certificate and your wedding invitation. You also need two witnesses. They will expect some bribe too, so put the money in a envelope. Get 2-3 extra copies (additional cost). Good Luck!
