From previous experience pamphlets or brochures don't work to well. Their return on investment is really small, maybe 1%.

My advice would be to contact local wedding shops (dress makers, cakes, flowers, catering etc.). These businesses will provide you with leads. Interact with them, become their friends and they'll give you business.

From an SEO/ internet marketing side (this is what I specialise in), I would create a blog. Write about whatever questions you get from clients. Answer their questions in your blog, don't worry about being to perfect. Perfection will come the more you write. The more interesting articles you write the more visitors you'll receive. Contact the local wedding businesses (as mentioned above) and tell them about your blog. Maybe offer them advertising space, write articles about their services. Soon you'll find that you have created a community whereby everybody gives each other leads. In time you'll know who gives the best service and so will they.

So, in summary. Base your marketing efforts on a blog to build your brand, become friends with all those businesses who are involved in weddings (obviously not your competitors).

New business in 90 days, very simple!

Good luck.

PS. if you would like more ideas on blogs i.e. which is the best blog software for you, please contact me. I'd be glad to help.
