I have been married for five years and we are getting divorced. If I were to remarry someone who needs to go through the immigration process would it be affected by my previous marriage? The american cit and any other joint Affidavit of support signer on the first marriage must inform USCIS of their location if new and the alien must file an AR11
Any other marriage would mean an extra Affidavit of support ..you have to earn enough to cover it
