Why not you don't live on base and your private life isn't anybody's business. Live your life the way you choose and with whom you choose. You are not subject to the don't ask don't tell. uh no they cant. There is a different law when it comes the military (whether you are enlisted or not) even if you are a civilian and working on a base you take the same oath as if you were in the military so you are considered to be dishonoring the military by doing so.
