Convert to a religion that does not care about caste system for example, Christianity, Judaism or Islam.

Welcome to the year 2009.
Move to the U.S. No one will care about caste.

  2. Ezhava Nair marriages depend on the family they belong to. If both families are educated and has good background, it works out as normal.
The fact is that both castes have almost everything common, except for few old nair women bragging about thier past...and ezhavas bragging about their current power and growth.
Caste is a preference not an obligation.

    1. I'm an ezhava and if I were your husband, then I would have slapped you right, left, up and down! for trying to push my kids as nairs,Im sure your husband is a valatti, otherwise kids go by mostly husbands caste

Generally indian law look at father's caste since nair is gen category it wouwo not be problem as gen category doesn't require any paperwork ,just talk to a karayogam
if u belong to an obc group within nairs then it doesn't matter u can chose any
      for reservation
you're looking at a community perspective yea well it depends on the community karayogam or sndp shakaha, you can make your children be part of both ,their customs, programs etc

  6. No caste is pure or real.Conservative Brahmins-nairs are hypocrites.Let them be ignored.Majority of progressive leaders are Nairs.

  7. The ‘Janmi Vyavastha’ of Malabar have only have a maximum of last 700 years of history . It is to be noted here that during these period there were thiyya landlords along with Nair Janmis.
It was common that Nair uzhuthukkar were employed in Thiyya landlord’s Tharawad. A completely different caste equation apart from south Kerala.

  11. Caste like race , classism is innate human tribalisric behaivior
Dont look at intercaste in a patriarchal caste view of women getting married is a loss ,not all can be "progressive" to have a globalists view
Look it as a tribalist connection in modern times communities are striving for individual benefit , inter caste can be considered as addition or strengthening of communities rather than age old brahmanical ritualistic meanings

  12. But in such case also class position will take domination and that is relavant in an industrial modern society
From an individual point of view of noneof these matters its personal choice
This is more of a community view
