The bible says that lying is a sin. Why should liars be able to get married?When are Christians going to try to ban marriage between liars?

We won't because if liars did not marry, there would be NO marriage.

If we knew that two people were out and out liars, in fact they paraded their love of lying down the street wearing rainbow colored ';I love to lie'; t-shirts, wanted our children to be taught that lying is a lifestyle in school and demanded equal respect for their lying-ness then you bet I'd be there to protest their marriage.





After all, when the judge/preacher asks ';do you promise to take this man as your....'; we'd know they were lying.
Lying is a sin? Since when?
they'll worry about that, when religion starts to make any sense in the first place! Like for example, if it's a sin to lie, then every single person on this earth is going to hell!





I don't care who you are, every person on the planet has told some little white lie at some point!





Beside, marriage is just a stupid mistake waiting to be made!





Just like one time I suggested marriage being a form of ownership, and a woman said just because a man marries a woman doesn't mean he owns her, to which I stated ';To reserve(one's self) for one and only one'; that is the definition of both marriage and ownership! She sat there stunned and speechless!





To me, marriage is a disgusting waste of time money and efort! All of which can be put to far better uses to provide a far healthier relationship...
They don't have to. Liars usually end up unhappy and divorced.
That is such a good question, I don't know how to answer that.

Then no one could get married, lol. But that's a point I always use against my mom. And if Christians really followed the bible, then the divorce rate would be practically non-existent. But cherry pickers will always be cherry pickers.
