Registering your marriage before you go aboard?

Hi there my brother lives in east London his planning to get married aboard (Bangladesh).





I know that the law has been changed you have to be 21 to get married. What he would like to know is how to register the marriage before he goes aboard.

Where does he register the marriage?





What does he need to do?





Can he get the form online?





Does the person his getting married to need to do anything?





Any other information that I might need would be greatly appreciated.Registering your marriage before you go aboard?
If he is muslim ..i think the nikkah nam is enough
